Dedicated to the women who RIDE THEIR OWN motorcycles

This is not the first Fox Creek Leather product that we've tried. The Ladies Fitted Classic Jacket was a real winner in my household, followed by a wonderful pair of men's Gauntlet Gloves. So we were ready for a top quality product. Well, we weren't disappointed.

Before ordering we took the necessary measurements and sent them in for sizing. I knew an exchange could be easily done but didn't want the hassle if it were possible to avoid.

In only a couple of days, the Men's Braided Buffalo Nickel Vest was here. It exceeded our already high expectations. Heavy but supple, perfect fit, high quality and a great look. Many times vests are too loose or too tight under the arms...this one was perfect. The snaps work first time and yet stay struggling to fasten or unfasten.

The braiding adds a distinctive high class look to an already great vest. The outside pockets are handy and accessible and the deep inside pocket works well for many uses (including a gun pocket, according to the website). The lining helps keep you comfortable on all but the hottest days. One thing that impressed me was the quality of the leather side laces...often stiff and uncomfortable, the laces on this vest are soft and yielding. As they say, the devil is in the details and Fox Creek Leather takes care of all the details.

We are currently in Mission, TX and the vest has been used over a t-shirt, under a leather jacket and a jean jacket. It's a great layer for warmth as well as a little added protection I foresee many, many years and miles ahead for this vest!

Thank you for submitting this personal review. Donna rode her own for almost seven years. She now rides on the back of a 1998 Harley-Davidson trike conversion and hopes to soon try the front seat. Stu rode as a kid but when he retired and hit the road as a full-time RVer, he knew a trike was in his future. Donna & Stu live & travel in a 41' KZ Escalade Toy Hauler.
